Policies – Payment, Rescheduling, Cancellations, Refunds, etc.

Kansas CPR gladly accepts the following forms of payment:

All payments must be received prior to entry into the course. Kansas CPR reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Payments made on the day of the course must have prior approval with an authorized agent of Kansas CPR Inc. Refunds shall be issued according to our refund policy (see below).

Refunds

See refund policy at time of purchase. 

Rescheduling

Request for rescheduling of a class must be made no later than two days prior to the start date of that class. (Exceptions: personal illness, course cancellations, and other requests as granted by Kansas CPR) Failure to make such a request as described above may result in an additional fees paid prior to admission to the rescheduled class. If rescheduling falls under an exception, then no fee shall be imposed. If you do not feel safe traveling due to weather conditions please call and reschedule. Your safety is important to us.

Kansas CPR, Inc. will not cancel classes unless unforeseen circumstances occur. This policy reflects course cancellations initiated by Kansas CPR only. For weather related cancellations, notification of the cancellation may be posted on local media outlets and or our website.  Attempts will be made by phone and email to contact students. If cancellation occurs as above, students shall be given the choice of a full refund (full price of class) or rescheduling without an additional fee.

No Show Policy

If you are scheduled for a class, payment was not received prior to the date of class, and you do not show up for your scheduled time, you will not be allowed to sign up for another class without either reserving your spot with a credit card or paying for the class in person at the time of rescheduling. You may also be subject to a rescheduling fee at the time of signing up for another course. 

Privacy Policy

Any information shared with the Kansas CPR, Inc. is under certain privacy provisions. Information shared with the Kansas CPR, Inc. will be handled by our organization and not shared, sold, or reproduced. The Kansas CPR, Inc. will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

  • We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
  • We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of the Kansas CPR, Inc. to provide a product or service to you. (Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.);
  • To fulfill your requests for certain products and services;
  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process.
